(b)	 Candidates must establish their identity to the Supervisor of the Examination Centre by producing one of the 
following documents:
i.	 National Identity Card issued by the Department for Registration of Persons
ii.	Valid Passport.
12.	 Examination Results
In accordance with paragraph 07 of this notification, the Head of the institution conducting the examination shall 
submit to the Land Commissioner General a results sheet containing the total marks obtained by candidates who have 
secured 40% or more in each subject of the written examination, arranged in order of merit. The Head of the institution 
conducting the examination shall also take the necessary steps to individually notify all candidates who sat for the 
examination of their results.
13.	 The issuance of an admission card to a candidate shall not be construed as confirmation that the candidate is eligible 
to sit for the examination or has satisfied the qualifications prescribed for the post.
14.	 Candidates appearing for the examination shall be subject to the rules and regulations imposed by the Head of the 
institution conducting the examination with regard to the conduct of the examination. Any candidate who violates such 
rules and regulations shall be liable to penalties imposed by the Head of the institution conducting the examination. 
The decision of the Head of the institution conducting the examination regarding the examination and its results shall 
be final.
15.	 Candidates must exercise utmost care in providing accurate information when completing the application form. If, 
at any stage before, during, or after the examination, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the qualifications 
or requirements prescribed under the rules and regulations governing this examination, his/ her candidature may be 
cancelled.
16.	 The Land Commissioner General reserves the right to clarify / make decisions on any matter for which provision has 
not been made in this notification.
17.	 In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Sinhala, Tamil, and English medium notifications herein, 
the Sinhala medium notification shall be deemed correct and acted upon.
